GODWIN TOKO is a Ugandan lawyer with a keen interest in politics, human rights, and governance. He is passionate about social justice and has used his platforms – including X (Twitter) handle, and previous platforms like the Table of Minds at Makerere University (later renamed “Makerere Think Tank University”) to advocate for and promote social justice. Currently, he is a member of the Network of Public Interest Lawyers (NETPIL) where he heads the Labour Rights Thematic Group.

Godwin is also an avid reader, debater, and writer who occasionally contributes to Daily Monitor newspaper in Kampala and runs a private YouTube channel, “AllBooksUg” where he reviews Ugandan books.
